The place was clean and comfortable. The pool so refreshing and peaceful - perfect for cooling off each night. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Kitchen access was very convenient for preparing meals, along with a nice dining and living room area for relaxing, or socializing with other guests. Luis was always available to address any issues or answer any questions. We were able to keep our bags safely locked at the House while venturing over to Principe for 5 days, then return for another 3 days’ stay at Casa Luis. Luis made our trip to São Tomé seamless, pleasant and memorable.

There is one restaurant 20 seconds from the front door, the neighbors are very simpatique, the people working and staying in the guest house are the most lovely I've ever met. In the mornings I was always offered by them plenty coconut, papayas, soursops and mangos which were planted in the garden. I was picked up and dropped off from and to the airport at free cost, which was amazing. The owner any time I needed exchanged some euros and pounds, which was the highest rate that I was able to find in the island.
