Even though you're not at the beach but you can be at a beautiful beach by scooter in no less than a couple minutes. They have 2 dogs and 1 cat running around but they don't really bother the guests (if that would be an issue)

This home stay exceeded all my expectations. The area is really clean and well maintained. There’s a huge patio by the river in the mangroves with a lot of hammocks, seating areas etc. breakfast was superb with many options which partly changed every morning. The owner is really wonderful and happy person. Location is near the beach and if you don’t want to walk there, you can always take one of the many free canoes that the accommodation provides to its guests. You can also canoe on the river deeper into the mangroves if you want. They also rent scooters here. I read others review’s about hard beds, but I stayed in one of the rooms by water and at least that bed was really comfortable and cotton sheets really soft and’s pillows good. Definitely will come here again :)

If you need to wash your clothes, they do, if you want to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, they have a restaurant, and the prices are excellent (Koh Kood is not a cheap island), if you want to buy something in the supermarket, they have a minishop, basically everything a guest needs, you find all the facilities in one place. Super attentive staff, delicious food, marvellous island, new motorbikes, everything perfect, PERFECT. (the fried squid from the restaurant is so crunchy that I dreamed about last night, spring rolls is juuuuuuuuuust, fried rice delicious, pad thai perfect, pad kaphrao is so tasty) I mean, everything is just delicious, is literally like, everything what you need, is there.

I love it here! The place is tidy and clean, and in excellent location. Quiet at night, besides the lovely jungle/nature sounds. Bungalow is nive, with seating out front and a hammock which is great! The included breakfast is very enjoyable with fresh fruit and an espresso machine which makes good coffee.

Wooden Hut Koh Kood mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Ko Kood. Probably the best accommodation during our vacation in Thailand. The owner and all the staff were great, helpful and easy to communicate with, they surely made us feel like we were at home and tried to help us when needed. There is also a restaurant with amazing food, large portions and very good prices. Plenty of options as well. They also provide towels/snorkeling gear for your everyday beach needs. The whole design was great, like you are in a big garden next to the jungle, everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms had a big bathroom, a great terrace with a hammock in order to relax and a comfortable big bed surrounded by a mosquito net so you wouldn't have to worry about insects. We will surely visit them again next time we come to koh kood. Kap khun ka 🙏
