I really enjoyed my time here. Perfect for getting away from the business of the city, yet still easy to get too. It's very simple but incredibly well priced, and the owners are friendly and helpful. I had my own room with a very comfortable bed and private bathroom. AC worked well and I also had a fridge, kettle, and was provided with bottled water. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this place., so beautiful. The owners/staff were amazing, really warm very helpful and friendly.. The food in the cafe was excellent. We stayed in our own little wooden house that had all the modern faciiies inside including great aircon plus a microwave, which we didnt need we ate in their cafe when we were around, The food was delicious. .The house was one of only 2 in a garden overlooking a river. Peaceful and we often had the pool to ourselves. Proper paradise stuff. It is a liitle out of the way so tranquil Nice if you don't mind cycling/walkiing as quite flat. Lampang roads are not busy. The guest house rents out bikes cheaply. . The owners are very helpful when arranging taxis and tours if required.

The staff was lovely. We talked in english with a guy and we were hosted by his parents who treated us very kindly. The location was great in a small village. We stayed in an old Lanna house. The dinner and breakfast were authentical and delicious.

Great location on the river and cozy rooms beautifully decorated. The host, O, is super friendly and the place feels like staying with a family but with the privacy and amenities of a hotel. We opted for the breakfast, which was a lot and very good. There is fresh fruit, coffee/tea/water, and kitchenware available for use too. Watching the river while eating breakfast or working from the patio was so relaxing. Lampang is such a pleasant city, and this was the best place to stay, within walking distance of everything...only 5 minutes from the walking street with beautiful old houses and 15 minutes from the historic wats and city walls or in the other direction, the clock tower and modern downtown. They called a horse carriage for us and we had a magnificent time seeing the wats while enjoying the city by a unique method. We would love to return here and stay again.

Good place to stay. The staff is very nice. Good location, near morning market and night market (same place) and Gongta Market. In the night, except Monday, there is Mala grilled shop nearby.
