My parents stayed here as they were visiting Koh Samet for the first time. The owners were absolutely the best. Super nice couple who helped in any way they could, including with transportation to the pier. My mum was amazed about how cleaned the place was. Super comfortable and such a good price. 5 min from the pier. Def recommend!!! Super easy to communicate with the owners. Book it. You will not regret it.

Incredible location, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pier in the opposite direction. Right next to a really popular restaurant, Banana Bar, with plenty more just a stone’s throw away. Noise levels will always depend on the neighbours you get (we were lucky and it was super quiet), but you definitely won’t hear anything from the main road! Amenities all supplied, including a microwave and plenty of plates/cutlery. Good temperature and water pressure in the shower, air con was perfect. For an island stay this had absolutely everything we needed. Our host was so, so helpful. My dad cut his finger open and she showed up on her bike to take him to the clinic and then came back to get me. She asked on our first day when the best day and time for cleaning would be, and when we cancelled the cleaning she still brought toilet rolls and clean towels for us and left them outside. It was our first time on the island as we wanted to see if we liked it, and having this place as our base definitely helped us relax in a new environment and is part of the reason we’re looking forward to returning.

Rec Art (House of recycle+Art) býður upp á verönd og útsýni yfir kyrrláta götu, í um 600 metra fjarlægð frá Sai Kaew-ströndinni. It's an entire house with a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room. the house is decorated with old and vintage items which is really cool. very comfortable. The guests should be very careful about using water as it is expensive in the island, so the owner asked us kindly to not waste water. the owners were very friendly like everyone in Thailand.

She spoiled us with an upgrade, treats, scooter. Baan is the best! The room was spacious. The deck in front had a great view and was a great place to work, so tai chi, and watch the waves and people pass by. #1 place!

The food was delicious wow I love that crab salad sooo much,and also the seat just near the beach,I could hear the wave while having my dinner and relax,the host also nice and warm,so friendly,I think the nice people there and quiet environment made my tour even perfect.*^◎^*

They're both very friendly. They even lent me their bike and said we could go for a barbecue on the beach next time. It's right across the pier and at a walking distance from the market too.
