The attention to detail was remarkable and truly enhanced our experience. Every element felt thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The decorations, records, and high-quality materials used throughout the property effortlessly immersed us in the beauty and culture of Taiwan. The big bathtub was my favorite feature—it had a raw, natural aesthetic that was incredibly inviting. The location was perfect—close to Dihua Street yet nestled in a quiet corner. It was also well-connected to the rest of the city, making it easy to explore. Additionally, the contact with the staff was excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Meeting the real host, Cat Opan, was a great honor! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

I'd like to gate keep this room but it's also a good feeling to share with co-travellers a gem such as this place. The room still looks new and it is indeed just right for 1 person coz of the sizes of bed and room, but it is a very comfortable one. I had a good sleep every night. Additionally, It has all the those important details you would want in an accommodation- ref, washer, blower, slippers, hangers. I also truly appreciate the thoughtfulness of the host to prepare all those snacks for the guest. Location is superb! lots of food choices and transpo options. I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice.

May Rooms Taipei Main Station asub Taipei kesklinnas, kust avaneb vaade ajaloolisele Põhjaväravale ja postkontorile. The place is clean and cozy and of course the staff are friendly and helpful! Took one of the earplugs but i never use it there, it’s spacious enough and every other guest was so careful and mindful. Really appreciate that! There are also a lot of maps and to go places that you can refer to if you have no idea where to go next!

The owner is very nice but this place was terrible value. My girlfriend's friend stayed in a hotel room at Lihu nearby rated 6.6 but was way better than this, and for 1/3 the price. Frankly, I was embarrassed to bring someone here. The building sucks and the bathroom is uncomfortable. I'm giving a thigh rating of 7 to this place because the host was super nice.
