Location was spot on.. small walk to Times Square.. staff were pleasant and amazing.. we got a free upgrade which was with a balcony.. rooms were super clean.. rooftop terrace was really nice.. lot of options for food nearby as well.. highly recommended

We were really happy during our stay at this property. Quite comfortable and clean facilities. The host was very friendly and made us feel like being at home. There was also free coffee and breakfast items available.

We were there for the second time and were thrilled again this time. The rooms are top equipped and super well maintained. The hosts are always very attentive and you lack nothing. We have really taken the two into our hearts. They have prepared everything wonderfully, with so much attention to detail. And the place itself and the area are just beautiful. Exactly our thing. We will come back for a third time.

The owner is an incredibly sweet woman. While it was cold (-15 degrees Celsius), she lent me her jacket and this, during almost all my stay! As a bonus, she took the time to explain to my companion and me what are the secret routes and paths of New York (including a magnificent mosaic!). As for the room, it is spacious, perfectly heated in winter, cleaned and tidied by the host every day. The room has all the necessary luxuries: bathrobes, teas/coffees, several shower gels with different smells, .... Little extras that really make a difference! The place has a crazy charm with a unique decoration. I travel regularly and this accommodation is one of those that I will not forget.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedroom is equipped with a huge TV screen for ultimate relaxation. Marcus is a warm and attentive host—he even allowed us a late check-out since our flight was in the evening. Highly recommend this place—10/10!

I traveled to New York a few days ago, I liked the room, it is small but comfortable and it had heating and the water in the shower was also hot. The couple who hosted us are very nice and friendly. Thanks for everything guys.
