I have to compliment the owners, they are really nice, a bonus is the meals prepared at the home - they were really good and affordable. Only thing - it is not located in the city, so you have to take a taxi ride or a scooter, but it is only a 10 min drive and the taxi is 120000 d one way so it is ok. But because of the location you have peace and tranquility. We loved it.

The owners were so friendly and helpful our whole stay, always available to answer questions and help rent motorbikes. They even scootered to the downtown area when I ran out of gas on my bike to get me back on the road again! Room was spacious and bed was a little firm but still comfortable. Shower had really strong water pressure, I found that it was better to use less than max pressure to make sure I had enough hot water. Location was great, quiet since it's away from town but a short 5 minute scooter ride into town. Beautiful views of the lake right outside. Also even though it's a little out of the main area, the transfer services I used knew where the hotel was and could do pickup/dropoff on the main road 100m from the hotel. Breakfast was different every day and so good, cooked fresh by the owners. Couldn't ask for a better stay!

Milí majitele, vše nám zařídili, co jsme potřebovaly, výlety, dopravu, motorku a dali plno užitečných informaci. Ráno nás čekala příjemná snídaně. Ubytování jsme si hodně užívali, tiché, bezpečné a voňavé místo. Vždy bychom se vrátili znovu sem. Moc doporučujeme!

The lovely Kim An welcomed us so warmly to her homestay that we immediately felt at home! Whether we had questions about Ha Long Bay, buying glasses, or having trouble with taxi drivers, Kim An was always there to help straight away :-) In addition to the very clean room, the linens are super soft and the bed comfortable. The garden area is a great place to have a relaxing breakfast and coffee, or a cocktail or beer in the evening. Not to be forgotten are the authentic American pizzas, which she lovingly prepares fresh on site and even makes her own ricotta, as it is extremely difficult to find in Vietnam. Another highlight are her two animal companions: the lively dog ​​Sophie and the kitten Phoenix, who curiously wanders around the beer garden and is up for any game 😍 The homestay is looked after every day, whether it is painting doors or watering the countless plants. Everything here is made with love, so much so that we had to move on with a tear in our eye. The homestay was our absolute highlight! Thank you very much for this wonderful time!

Xuân Hồng Guest House se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě ve čtvrti Bai Chay v destinaci Ha Long. The location is great, quiet and close to everything at the same time. The owner is super friendly and helpful and speaks good English. She helped us with all our needs - to rent a motorbike, to book a boat tour for decent price. Our room on the 5th floor had an amazing sea view. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
