Stella, the hostess, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Stella’s family is also amazing. She has three lovely daughters, two of whom stay at her place, adding a charming, family-friendly atmosphere. Not to mention, their adorable cat, Zoe, who adds an extra touch of warmth to the environment. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and all the amenities one could need. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, and the staff are always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations. I highly recommend Tranquility Stay to anyone visiting Hanoi. It truly made my stay unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the amazing Stella, her wonderful family, and the entire team. Five stars all the way!

Lee is a super friendly and nice person, one of the best hosts we had on our Asian trip (India, Vietnam). The place he offers comes with a great atmosphere and surroundings. In the neighbourhood, we had the best and the cheapest food in Hanoi. If I ever come back, I will stay again at Lee Homestay. About the room - it was simple. Bed, a few shelves and a huge window. The bed was comfy; everything was clean. We had a garden view so we saw some green trees and a fish pond. The place is quiet, and kids/family friendly.

The accommodation is a decent size with seating and lots of storage. Thuy Anh is unbelievably generous and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and meets your every need. She serves a variety of delicious traditional Vietnamese breakfasts every morning. The location is fantastic on a very nice street, about a block from Hoan Kiem Lake, with many great restaurants nearby. I loved staying here.

He helped us get from the airport to the homestay (our flight arrived at 5h30am) and hold our luggage until the room was ready. The actual room was very clean and the little balcony with chairs was very nice to relax in. We had everything we needed and our stay was very nice :)
