It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Our stay here was amazing, I couldn’t recommend it enough!! The room was spacious & clean & had everything we needed, the location was also perfect with many restaurants nearby and the town with lantern boats etc was only a short walk away. The couple who own it were so kind and helpful, the lady messaged on WhatsApp throughout our stay to check if there was anything we needed, she even walked us to activities that she personally recommended and got us great deals on some of the usually expensive touristy places. We will deffo stay here again in the future!

Nastanitev Vincent's House se nahaja v središču mesta Hoi An, 7 min hoje od znamenitosti Muzej Hoi An Historic in 1,1 km od znamenitosti Dvorana kitajske kongregacije Chaozhou, ter ponuja brezplačen... Vincent's house is clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. We learnt from our chats with him that he'd inherited the place from his grandparents & had a vision of converting it into a mini-resort. Well he definitely succeeded as the place is lovely! He's also able to help arrange day trips such as the coconut boat ride (which was great fun). We got to meet his 2 sons, Nick and Roy, who are adorable. A great stay overall :)

Location is perfect. Both cozy+quiet while being close to old town and the loud attractions of Hoi An. Our host was super lovely and happy to help. Room was nice and clean. Handmade furniture added to the vibe.
