CanadaRoom was newly renovated, very spacious and comfortable, nice bathrooms with hot shower, bike rental was great to get to Sevanavank myself, owner was friendly and his shop next door was very convenient

A lot of facilities in the room, good catering (but cheap though). Huge and cozy hall, carpets in the corridors.
