Just a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The lady who checked me in and the owner of the property both seemed very lovely, although I only saw each of them for a very short time. There is a man who lives at the property and says he runs it for the owners. He took me on a tour of the Lori Region and we saw a lot. The location is quite safe. The basics are given, a clean and comfy bed, dining area, a fridge, kettle, and microwave. For the price, it's perfect. Very nice owner, I get much better room than I booked for price of the cheaper one. The owner managed a reservation of the place in the morning bus.
