New ZealandRoom was disgusting, smelt like wet clothes and feet. My bed covered with dirt from people’s shoes. Staff member agreed it stunk to high heaven, manager said she’s think about a refund as I chose to stay somewhere else-no refund

NetherlandsI've definitely had better hostels, and for what you pay... The bed was super squeaky which kept me and my other roommates up all night. Didn't get the best sleep. One of the shower doors in the girls bathroom was missing, stuff like that. The people in the hostel were nice though!

Like the renovations. It's under better management than it had a few yrs ago. In a convenient location. I hope they keep good managers onboard as this is a good hostel when it's been taken care of properly but when there have been bad Managers in the past they had ruined the place.
