Only 0.9 mi from the ski elevators, this youth hostel is located in Grindelwald. The sun terrace and the lovely breakfast room have beautiful views of the Bernese Alps. Packed lunches are available.

The staff or some of the most amazing people I've met, very nice and very accommodating and exceptional food. And the view of the mountain Alps from my room was perfect, It will be my official stay next time I go back to Grindlewald. Thank you staff for allowing me to have such a nice time. Hope you all take care, from your friend Jake!

Located at 7.2 feet above sea level, Berggasthaus First offers panoramic views of the Jungfrau region and the Swiss Alps.

Food and staff was unbelievable, prices were very fair (for the area at least). Views are unbeatable.

Built in characteristic Alpine style, the Naturfreunde Hostel Grindelwald provides panoramic views of the Eiger and Wetterhorn mountains. It offers a large garden and free use of the internet...

Everything, it has the best view directly to the mountains. The place is warm and cozy, the bus arrives and leaves just in front of the hostel.

The family-friendly Backpackers Villa in Interlaken, in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, offers simple yet stylish rooms that are individually decorated.

I liked the location, how the staff treats the guests, and the amenities. Great value for money. I will book here again for sure. Breakfast was okay.

My room had its own toilet, spacious lockers, scenic view, and heating. It was great and worth the price.

Right next to Interlaken Ost Train Station, Youth Hostel Interlaken is between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. It offers free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and a snack bar.

For me, the best feature about the hostel is its location right next to Interlaken Ost railway. It provides excellent convenience as a spring ooard to the Jungfrau region.

Located in Interlaken, 12 miles from Grindelwald Terminal, Adventure Hostel Interlaken has accommodations with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a bar.

Very good breakfast, we like the clean & tidy kitchen and dining area very much. The front desk attendant are very good & helpful. And we get the free guest cards which help us to save quite a lot of money! So please don’t buy any transportation tickets in advance until you get the guest cards.

Henryk is a very welcoming host. The dormitory was really clean, and it is a great place to stay 15mins away from the city centre which makes the position of the hostel perfect - at a walkable distance from the centre, and at a quiet neighbourhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was in a great location, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to down town. The hotel is well appointed and exactly what one would think of for an alpine hotel. The room was cozy and we had a beautiful view from our balcony. Their was enough space, a safe and supplies. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and with excellent service.

Fantastic restaurant for dinner; great breakfast (included); staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location, close to the train and amenities. They offered luggage storage with a changing room, perfect for after a day of skiing. The room was not huge, but big enough and comfortable for a family of 4, including a bunk bed large enough for a 17 and 12 year-old.

Great views. Can even eat outside on the balcony overlooking the snowy peaks. Lots of opportunities to mingle and chat with other guests. Away from the hustle-bustle of the town, but still within walking distance. I only booked here because the Interlaken Youth Hostel was booked, but I'm so glad it was, as this was a much nicer place.

So zen, comforting and cozy with panoramic views of the mountains. I am a girl traveling alone and it was the perfect safe stopover for me after a 14 mile hike. Staff was so friendly and helpful. It felt like they really wanted you there and cared about your stay. Hostel was clean and very comfortable. Hostel is about a 10 minute walk outside of Grindelwalds main strip, which gives it the calming charm I was in desperate need of. Breakfast was delicious too, prepared me for another long hike the next day.

Amazing views from the hostel. Breakfast was very enjoyable. I felt safe and slept reasonably well. I was surprised how diverse the age groups were of the other holiday makers.

Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection (and vegan/vegetarian options too). The staff were incredible helpful, and gave us great suggestions for hikes to do. The room was comfy and the hostel was quiet. The location was great as the bus stop was just outside and we were right next to the train station, which was convenient. The lodge’s restaurant was also good for a quick cheap eat. Also seemed to have lots of communal areas, pool table, etc if you wanted things to do.
