Staff was so helpful and kind. Room was warm and big enough. Facilities and room are very clean. Included breakfast is great and they also serve dinner which is very good and relatively good price compared to local alternatives. Shower and toilets were sure above my solo traveling standarts. They helped me with my snowboarding options and I got my skipass printed in the reception too! Common area is cosy, social and they have board games etc as well. I am normally used to seeing travellers like me in these hostels but this one was full of families with kids, which was fine by me. Thats why I am not putting this in the downsides but I was just a bit surprised

Amazingly clean and comfy beds. Nice facilities and amazing location, probably good price for Switzerland. Breakfast was not worth it better go to Aldi down the road it’s cheaper and quality good!
