I also like the space in the room and
I loved that it was close to where I was going to the event (Universidad de Concepción), and that it was near many places to eat. It was a safe place, I could walk alone and the area was really quiet.
The staff was attentive and courteous. I liked the hotels vintage look and feel. It is nicely maintained, clean and safe. Only stayed for one night and spent little time in the hotel but it met my expectations.
Great location, facilities (kitchen and bathroom) and the hostel owner is extremely nice. The laundry service was perfect. I reallly enjoyed my stay there.
