CanadaI have been to many hostels in my life, this has been by far the nicest and cleanest I've been to. It is super cozy with a huge yard where you can enjoy a tea on a bench under an apple tree. They even make your bed everyday which made me feel at home!

Location is super central, close by to Puerto Varas downtown, with a huge supermarket just around the corner. Staff is super friendly, providing already prepared and structured information on what to do in and around Puerto Varas. Shared bathrooms were always spotless. Communal kitchen is fully equipped. Large comfy dorms with big lockers, great common space to hang around and no less than 2 kitchens (one for vegetarians) with free fresh coffee, tea and cake (if you're lucky 😊).
