The staff are fully engaged in making sure you have a great time. The accommodation itself has an industrial/backpacker feel to it which I liked and is very different from most Chinese hotels. The location is wonderful, the attached kitchen/restaurant is fantastic and extremely cheap, and most of all, the people were incredibly helpful. They reached out to me to organise a private car from the train station to and from the hotel, and personally drove us to the huangshan bus station.
