My stay at Ceiba was absolutely incredible, it was by far the cleanest hostel I ever stayed at. I loved waking up to the volcano view every day and I honestly have nothing bad to say about the place, the people you meet as well as the staff are super nice and helpful. The kitchen was very big and had everything we needed, and the beds were a lot more comfortable than anticipated. Overall a great experience and I’m super excited to see what the place will look like once they add all the different amenities they have planned!

The location is the best. Near to the Maia street with all the restaurants and stuff, but in a quiet area. The staff was really nice and always ready to help.

Dishonest guy running the place and a robot of an employee behind the desk. Changed the price on me from morning to evening when I tried to pay in the morning they asked me to wait. Now I know why. I let it go and paid and said it would be in my review, the supervisor said he'd refer me to booking. And in that referral they claim I didn't pay. Immature and dishonest.

The friendly and helpful staff, the free coffee& creamer, the fully equipped kitchen, the doors have code to enter (no keys). Some lockers would be nice in the room so you can leave your important stuff.

Amazing staffs, they were all kind and welcoming. The price was super affordable, and they organize good activities among people staying this hostel with a good price. Highly recommended if you are solo traveller because you can get to know others ;) the puppies was so adorable they made my stay much memorable and unforgettable.

Honestly, this has been one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. It was very clean and comfortable. I totally love the pool bar idea, where Frannie the barista does her magic of creating such a lovely and unforgettably cozy atmosphere. 10/10 definitely coming back next time and calling my friends with me!
