Costa RicaThe owner is very friendly, thoughtful, and caring. In my case he even went out of his way (since I had two large suitecases, a backpack, and a couple shopping bags from in between moves locally) to store my stuff and bump me up to an open double bed with two lockers. The two lockers also helped me store my quiet juicer so I could juice quietly in the kithen while others were asleep in the next room. The volunteers and guests all seemed happy with the accomodations, and everyone got along well, partly due to the environment created by our host. Thank you so much, Sander.

The hostel only had one dorm which surprised me, but you connected very quickly with the other backpackers there because of it. The dorm was mixed, but this dorm had a frame in the dorm so that you could change comfortably. The showers were fine. Kitchen was also good.
