CanadaBeautiful location with a great pool. Lots of lounge space to spread out. I also appreciated the access to a fridge to store a few number of perishables I purchased. Reception is very accommodating!
Despite being in a mixed dorm, still felt like I had a great deal of privacy when I wanted it.

FranceOne of the only hostel in curaçao with international standards. Very clean, feels like a hotel. Was in a room for two and does not even feel like it.
The only down side is that when they gave me the key there was a person in the room already and had to change. Just did not like the fact that they let me handle the situation (bring back the first key, transferring tons of luggage without help..) for a mistake I was not responsible of

Walking distance to Jan Thiel beach and all it's shops, cafes, bars & restaurants. Walking distance to Tug boat beach and a lovely area fir snorkelling with a great bar. Bus into town (Willelmstad) easy and cheap. Use the ABC bus app only, all other information/timetables are incorrect. Bed and Bike have 3 hostels around the island. My advice - try all three. Renting a car from the property was cheap, but you must pay for insurance. Photos of the studio are mostly accurate.
