Portugalreally comfortable room for a really good price. the location is great, with transportation right by. the girl that welcomed me in reception (Ina) was super sweet and gave me all the information!
however, I felt like this isn’t really a hostel but more of a “residency”. most of the staff I encountered didn’t speak a language other than german. the elevator was turned off halfway through and I had a really big bag that I had someone for help to take up. at night there was no staff in the reception, so I couldn’t grab food, cause I had no one to pay it to.

BulgariaThe whole place needs a SOLID spraying for bed bugs. I have been moved to 3 rooms, Each time worse. I left at 3.30am after spending the hours carefully shaking out my luggage so as not to take any bug with me. And I have been here before with a very positive experience, but for the moment I strongly recommend avoiding it. The bathroom probably was the only place clean without bugs crawling out. Of course, no support from booking either, when you end up in such a situation.

Great location, it is not in city center, but very easy and cheap to reach by U-bahn stop " Im Degen " ( keep transport ticket to get discount in the museums ). The area is safe and green and quiet to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, everything works perfectly, wifi is great, hot water, heating. Family rooms are very decent, you have everthing you need. Price/performance is excellent. Keep in mind, this is not a chain hotel, or a luxurious hotel. If you need a clean, comfortable and safe place sleep, this is for you. Everyday they clean the room. The hotel has dormitory sections as well, but family rooms are in different sections of the building. The lobby is a bit crowded, it is more like a coffee shop rather than a lobby.
