United StatesBed bugs were the worst part. You had to pay €6 for towels + €5 cleaning fee, and there's no communal soap in either the showers or for hand washing. That can't be hygienic. Tiny lockers and squeaky beds.

Great location, it is not in city center, but very easy and cheap to reach by U-bahn stop " Im Degen " ( keep transport ticket to get discount in the museums ). The area is safe and green and quiet to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, everything works perfectly, wifi is great, hot water, heating. Family rooms are very decent, you have everthing you need. Price/performance is excellent. Keep in mind, this is not a chain hotel, or a luxurious hotel. If you need a clean, comfortable and safe place sleep, this is for you. Everyday they clean the room. The hotel has dormitory sections as well, but family rooms are in different sections of the building. The lobby is a bit crowded, it is more like a coffee shop rather than a lobby.
