The manager was very helpful and had a very good attitude. Also the shared space which is a bar/kitchen is very pleasing. We ordered a refund due to moldy bathrooms and we had no issues getting it.

I had a really wonderful stay at Urban Camper! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the tents were great at keeping out light. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The location to a metro station made it super easy to get around Copenhagen.
I was hoping for a bit more of a social atmosphere but was still able to meet people.

There are no slippers provided in the hotel rooms, and naturally, the floors get dusty. Additionally, there seems to be a charge for almost everything—we were quite surprised to see that even cotton swabs cost 10 DKK. Although the hotel seems to cater more to younger groups, overall, my wife and I were satisfied with our stay.

The friendly vibe in the reception area. It was really chilled and cosy during breakfast and during the day. The check in was easy and uncomplicated and the location fantastic. There were lockers, charged by the hour so I could leave my stuff there after I checked out.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

It was nice but, as every hostel, a bit uncomfortable.

Great location and easily accessible. Double pods were comfy and modern with lights, extraction fan and PowerPoints. Pin pad access was hit and miss but got there in the end. Great value for money in a city with limited hostels on offer when you’re on a budget.
Kind staff well oriented to help and fix problems. The outlet in my bed didn't work and they inmediately changed me to another room before the check in. It was a better accomodation without extra charge. Good service.
Really comfortable bed, good wifi conection, clean room, capsules with code which give you privacy and so safe to keep your belogings inside. Better location imposible, just in the Nyhavn. And all this for a cheap price. It exceeded my expectations, I would be glad to come back to this hostel
Great combo of hotel & hostel. My solo room was bright, clean, and comfortable, though small. Lots of social space--games, pub, outdoor seating, events, buffet breakfast with good variety. Can mingle or be alone comfortably. Staff very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great location--just two blocks from Kongens Nytorv & very close to many historic sites! Felt very safe. I'll stay here again!
Rooms were really clean, small but good organized. I really liked how they put four people who had the same check in and check out date. Other than that the kitchen is very cheap to use, with a lot of options. I can easily say it was the best hostel I have ever stayed.
Best hostel I have EVER stayed at, and i've stayed all around europe for years. Nothing beats this one. The staff was beyond lovely, the place was so safe and the beds were soooo comfortable. Everything was smooth.
The best hostel I have ever stayed in. 5 minutes from a harbour swimming spot, friendly staff and amazingly cheap beers. Airport bus leaves right outside
Copenhagen is expensive, and this is a really good budget option. I had a private room with shared bathroom and was very pleased all round. The Hostel is busy with a seemingly non stop bar and warnings about it being a noisy place. I wasn't disturbed at all up on the 4th floor. My room was quite quirky with a train carriage theme - 2 bunk beds and a very comfy double. Shared bathroom directly across the corridor, which was very convenient. And a great location for exploring the city.
