If you don't want to stay in the city of Latacunga and would rather visit Cotopaxi from a smaller pueblo along the road, this is a great option. It feels more like an airbnb in the mountains than a hostel. It is very reasonably priced and is close to cotopaxi NP north entrance, along with La ruta de la cascadas.
