The owner and the manager went over the top to help the guests. I was able to use a washer and dryer after a muddy hike. They helped me find us transportation and rides. Reasonably connected to the capital and the airport for being the outskirts of a village. You can walk from the hostel no problem to do the Lake above the sea hike or Witch's finger hike. As the only cheap accommodation on the island it makes it possible for budget travellers to enjoy the Faroes. Also nice that booking is flexible if you plan to stay longer (you will)!
