United KingdomThe staff were very friendly, helpful and they always served you with a smile. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfy. The place was also near the concert I was attending, a 15-20 min walk, very convenient. The best part was they have free breakfast which helped me a lot cos I was skint and I can't go without my morning coffee lol

United KingdomVery nice room, comfy bed. Good soundproofed windows with no disturbance from the main road outside. Plenty of power sockets with USB2 and USB-C included, close to the bed. All very clean. Bath/shower was computer operated, with jacuzzi jets and both hose and overhead rain shower. There is a free car park about 50 yards away and a bus stop right outside with very regular services into Birmingham and Dudley. Room is very much worth what I paid and I would happily stay here again

The heater was working okay. The toilet was extremely clean and well-maintained. The hotel is not expensive at all though I must say breakfast is very basic.
