Located in Birmingham’s city center, the Central Backpackers is just a 1-minute walk from the National Express Coach Station and the Bull Ring shopping center is only 5 minutes’ walk away.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and they always served you with a smile. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfy. The place was also near the concert I was attending, a 15-20 min walk, very convenient. The best part was they have free breakfast which helped me a lot cos I was skint and I can't go without my morning coffee lol

Featuring a garden and barbecue facilities, Mara Boutique Apartaments is located in Oldbury, 5.8 miles from Arena Birmingham and 5.9 miles from The ICC-Birmingham.

Very nice room, comfy bed. Good soundproofed windows with no disturbance from the main road outside. Plenty of power sockets with USB2 and USB-C included, close to the bed. All very clean. Bath/shower was computer operated, with jacuzzi jets and both hose and overhead rain shower. There is a free car park about 50 yards away and a bus stop right outside with very regular services into Birmingham and Dudley. Room is very much worth what I paid and I would happily stay here again

Great location, right next to the train station, so you could get into town within 10 minutes. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful Good for parking, plenty of spaces round the back which has CCTV so felt safe Room was a fair size for what we were there for (visiting family). Reception and bar area was nice and relaxed. Fair price for what you're getting Has been better than some Premier inns/travelodges we have stayed at and cheaper too

The location was good The hostel is very cheap and the beds in the four bedded room was spacious and not squeaky. The heater was working okay. The toilet was extremely clean and well-maintained. The hotel is not expensive at all though I must say breakfast is very basic. However, I understand that in a tight budget one has to be careful with what is provided in breakfast.

Great location near the 02 academy, exactly what we needed for an overnight for a gig. Cheap, basic, safe, clean and warm. Comfy enough, I didn’t find it noisy at all which surprised me.
