Have stayed here many times, the location is fabulous and we like the communal kitchen facilities.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Great location, free parking, well equipped kitchen *if a bit small for the amount of rooms*
Staff super friendly. Would stay again but only short stays because you don't really sleep in a hostel. Met some strangers and still had a ball.
Great location lovely setting. Great weekend. The only thing was the beds were not very comfortable I’m sure I paid £220 for 2 nights I just expected the beds/mattresses to be a bit more comfortable that’s all just being honest but I suppose it’s a hostel and not a 5 star hotel. 👍
Great location for walks and wildlife. The whole hostel including rooms and facilities were lovely and clean and the staff were all really nice and accommodating
Excellent hostel. Everything was extremely clean, common spaces (2 self-catering kitchens, lounge) were great. Plenty of shared toilets/showers. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. It was very quiet during my stay. The staff were very friendly and gave good tips for hiking paths. Great location. I cannot recommend it enough.
A very comfortable and welcoming place with friendly and open colleagues. Great to be able to stay somewhere with the dogs as well and to feel it was no trouble for the hotel. Also the same for my 12 year old- often with dogs and children always one of them will feel a problem when staying in a hotel which is why we usually self cater or youth hostel.
