Breakfast was fabulous. staff were very friendly and helpful. we had dogs so were upgraded and the apartment was great. location was brilliant in the next road from the beach. we had a carpark space outside. easy to get to other beaches by car. parking was also free on the front. we will definitely be returning. .

It’s a lovely home away from home type property. Friendly owners. Set on a farm and b and b style. Really lovely room and comfortable and own bathroom just down hall way. Felt very safe, friendly and not overlooked by owners. Only stayed for one night but was lovely. Breakfast was great too. Full English or (Welsh!) and was delicious.

Clean, Cheap basic accommodation. It suited our purposes as we needed to be in walking distance of an event start at 2 am. The hostel"s close proximity to the station is useful.

i thought it would be like a YHA hostel. I hadn't realised it was privately run. I wouldn't recommend it but it was cheap so I should have realised it wouldn't be very good. There was a heater in the room so that was a plus. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Lovely quirky place and reminded me of how youth hostels use to be- comfy, warm and good facilities to cook your own food. The couple who ran this hostel were excellent and very helpful. The bed was comfy and food shop next to hostel was added bonus.

Lovely cheap quirky hostel. Very casually run but clean and everything worked. Loved the communal room. Such a mix of stuff, great for eye spy. Nisa just round the corner

Clean Had everything we needed. Reminded me of youth hostels back in the days before they were so corporate, when they were as individual and quirky as their wardens. 🙂

A very interesting and unique setting close to Machynlleth centre….an upstairs walk through barn with a range of bedrooms, toilet / bathroom 🚽 plus separate kitchen with all mod cons including microwave & oven. A great place to meet up with others using this budget hostel. Ysgybor hanesyddol a glàn iawn….3 munud ir drew yn unig. Cartrefol a cosi - Siop a Maes parcio di dâl drws Nesa.
