Stunning view from the terrace, location superb - just a few steps away from the Bagrati Cathedral, absolutely lovely host who made us feel pampered every day, rooms spotless, very nice breakfast with home-made Georgian specialities, parking in the garden. Would come back anytime.

We ended up staying here twice, before and after our visit to Svaneti,
Our host was kind enough to take care of our luggage while we were gone,
This property is situated in a quit (although quite) uphill part of town with a nice view.
The room and the terrace were nice and tidy and the host Gotcha is a very friendly guy
