Impeccably clean. Hard to overstate this. Asia has its fair share if struggle against mould but everything was as clean as you can expect. Staff were great too, friendly and helpful.

As this was my first stay in Indonesia and buzzling Jakarta, I really appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They even advised me on a new, more local app to get my departing train to Yogyakarta sorted. I also got a washing done with them, and although I normally do not like receiving scented laundry back, this time it was actually very nice and I loved the smell. The hostel is perfectly situated for the old town area and the beds very nice, comfortable and good to shut with a curtain to allow for a peaceful sleep. I admit that I first thought the smell in the room was a bit strange and moldly, however once inside one would hardly be bothered.

It was a really great place. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. Free tea and coffee is great and they had some good spaces to relax or meet other travelers. Everything was very clean. I highly recommend this place.
