Just a 5-minute walk from Dublin’s lively Temple Bar entertainment district, this modern purpose-built hostel offers affordable accommodations within the very heart of the city.

Good, central location. It's a hostel, so more for the younger traveller. That said, rooms were clean and secure (with a dedicated locker that was easy to operate). Although the 15 second shower on/off seemed a bt weird, it works grand. The hostel is just beside Bus Aras and literally 20 meters from a Luas stop, whilst still being 10 mins walk from O'Connell Street. The bar is a nice touch and the staff are unreal. Accomadating and friendly!

Just seconds from cultural Temple Bar, Abigail's Hostel has a great central location on Aston Quay, overlooking the Liffey River.

The shared space downstairs is huge and convenient for preparing food instead of dining out. It is extremely well-located. The vibe is family and adult-friendly (my 65-year-old mom, whom I travelled with, felt so comfortable). The in-suite bathroom is nice. The staff was helpful, helping us find transportation to the airport at night. Would come back.

Conveniently located in Dublin, Clink i Lár provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar.

Location is excellent – you’re close to key spots in the city, and it’s easy to get around. • Considering how expensive Dublin is, this place offers one of the more accessible accommodation options for travelers on a budget. • The common areas still retain some of the charm the hostel was once known for, and the staff were generally helpful.

The Dawson Hostel - DUBLIN is set in Dublin’s city center, a short distance from St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street, where guests will find the city's main shopping district.

The room was quite smelly, and someone vomitted on the carpet outside the room. On top of this, a random stranger entered our room and began taking a shower without our permission. Upon checking with the reception, they mentioned that the person was allowed to do so because their shower was not working. This is quite unacceptable and I was scared for my security while staying at the hostel.

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
