Of the rooms makes it very quiet. The kitchen well equipped and spacious. What tops up everything, is the staff. I have been doing hostels for 3 years all over the world and they compare to Japan, which should be an excellent indicative.

It is a superb value for the cost. The University of Limerick campus is gorgeous. Free parking availability which is always hard to find in a city. Room were quiet. Hard to find single rates anymore so this was great to have a private for a reasonable price. Guests who smoke are a bit exposed having to go out on the street at night and as non smoker the entrance gets a bit crowded with smokers.
