The room was cozy and clean. The staff at the reception was kind and polite. The food was overpriced and the menu was limited and it tasted below average. On top of that they would not even let us order from the outside. They should at least think of expanding their menu or let the guests order and eat at the common areas if not rooms.

It's a very nice place close to the Golden Temple. But above all, you'll find there a very helpful staff. You really feel they wish your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Staid there one week (private room very comfy) & will come back in 2 weeks. They kept my bicycle in a safe place just near. I warmly recommend! (just one thing: you won't be able to use the kitchen, which is run as a private business for the guests, btw good food, fair prices)

Wifi was not working apart from that all good. I came for travel plus work purpose, as wifi an issue it was difficult for me. For few doms it was not having curtains so was having that difficulty since light was coming through the glass
