Seems to be a new building with all fire safety measures. The hotel doesn’t have lifts but the steps are low in height. So its easy to climb up. We took 2 rooms (3bedded). Both were air conditioned. Mineral water is available free of cost. Host is fine with check in timings. They even provided us with local contacts for cabs. They were all fine and budget friendly.
