This was my worst experience. It is more of a bar-club and party place than a hostel. The hostel administration does not warn and there is no information anywhere that on the first floor of the building there is a club where they have parties until 3-4 am, with loud music that rattles the whole building. The doors are flimsy and there is no sense of security. The door to the women's room does not lock with a key, and during a drunken party, someone invaded the room several times. I did not feel safe. The smell of alcohol and cigarettes rises to the second floor of the building where the hostel rooms are. The bathroom was very strange, it is one room that is divided by a thin screen. There were 2 toilets and 2 showers, but in fact it was one room. Also, on the second day, the lock in one of the bathrooms broke. There are lockers in the rooms, but there are no locks for them, you need to buy your own separately. The administration ignored my complaints. I do not recommend!

It is a wonderful place to stay and right in the centre of the city. The room was spread over two floors, and throughout the space—including the kitchen—you could see beautiful old furniture that immediately gave you a sense of being in the beautiful city of Florence.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even recommended a few local cafés and trattorias where I could enjoy authentic local food.
I absolutely loved it, and I want to thank you once again for your recommendations! I had the best lasagna of my life—truly unforgettable!

Room was nice and clean, I really enjoyed the cozy inner garden, we even had a small patio for ourselves, which was perfect for a glass of wine after long day of walking.

the staff are fantastic, gentile, sweet, kind and are always worried about helping you and keeping the hostel clean and tidy. coffee, tea, juice, different kinds of bread, jam, pasta, tomato sauce and cheese are offered without any extra cost. it's well-located and easy access to buses, trams and train station. very good place for travellers once we stay all day long exploring the city. i just loved there.
thanks for every single member of the staff for their kindness.

I didnt like the staff! Impolite and rude staff! Too much noise from the other guests during night! At booking.com the cost of the breakfast is 8.00 euro for person, the reception told us, it was 11.00 euro instead. It was mad to ask the guest to pay the city tax only by card. What if we didnt have it? Absolutely not friendly and helpful at all.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
The location of the property is in a great spot in Tuscany overlooking Florence. You also get a great view of the sunset every night. The atmosphere is amazing and a great place to meet people. Has been one of my favourite hostels over the 3 months I’ve travelled!!
Wonderful and very kind hosts. They provided all the necessary information about staying and also other very useful information. The apartament is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Great location. Easy to get to the city center.
Tommaso is the best host ever!!! He is beyond nice and thoughtful, and takes care about everything. He suggested great and cheap parking spaces in the city, took care of special needs. And he always did it with a huge smile on his face! :)
Great location if you are planning a trip to Florance. We actually parked our car in a free parking 10min away from the property and took the bus directly to Florance. Great location for a sunset walk too.
Great location, clean appartement, great backyard with the pool, beautiful view of Florence, wash machine very handy. Friendly staff. We highly recommend the Trattoria La Gargotta 10min walk
The farm and surrounding countryside are beautiful, calm, relaxing and safe. The apartment had everything we needed and was impeccably clean. We felt right at home. The host Maria is very helpful, friendly and responsive, which made our communication very easy. The pool was the star of the show - it helped us stay cool and provided afternoon fun during a heatwave. We ate dinner on the terrace while enjoying a spectacular sunset. This is the place to stay if you are looking for good value for money relaxation in the Tuscan countryside.
