Beautiful hostel with exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts. A great opportunity for meeting and engaging with other travelers and students from all over Europe and the rest of the world!
The hostel is decorated beautifully with original paintings and art objects covering every surface. The common rooms are pleasant community spaces and the private room we stayed in was comfortable and secure.
The location is convenient to multiple train stations and is a perfect home base for exploring the Vesuvius national park, the Ercolano and Pompeii archeological parks, and could also be a good base for budget-minded travelers to take day trips to the Amalfi coast.
The hostel also has many friendly cats!!!

I have difficulties to rate this place. For me it was a good solution, because I was sick and could stay there for several nights for 15€/night and had a room to myself, because no other women were there. If you're looking for a simple and cheap bed, this is a good option.
If you're looking for a hostel, especially outside of the tourist season, it's not.
There was no reception whatsoever. I had to send my ID via WhatsApp to a guy and got the infos, which was fine. Every evening this guy's mum came to the hostel to do 5 minutes of cleaning (if any).
A few days in I talked to a 35 old man who seems to live in this place. He asked me if I'm alone in my room and why and if I want to spend time with him, because he's lonely. I told him that's inappropriate, since I'm alone in a hostel and also I look like I'm 25. He said he didn't understand and got obviously emotional. Another guy, who also seems to live there for the fishing season, offered me and an 18 year old other guy drugs. They also kept using and pissing all over the women's toilet (one), because it was closest to their room. I told this to the WhatsApp reception guy and he did not care at all. I told him I don't feel safe and that the rooms PIN are easy to figure out (literally the room number), but he told me it's no problem and to go to bed.
Nothing in this hostel is functional. Not a single door or window, so at night it was very noisy and cold. The fridge didn't work, the oven didn't work, the washing machine was out of order, the guys took the two lighters I bought myself for the stove because the reception ignored my request for a functioning lighter. I used the mens shower because the others were more broken than anything else. We also had to text and beg for toilet paper and were out of it several times.
Offering a 24 h reception, free Wi-Fi throughout, and free city maps, Hostel Mancini Naples is in the city center, just 1640 feet from Napoli Centrale Train Station.

Stayed there for 2 nights and loved it so I booked another 3 nights for the following week! First, the location is perfect, close to the train station or shuttle to the airport and walking distance to everywhere.
The staff was amazing and very helpful, giving you tips on what to do in the city and around! It’s nothing fancy but everything you need. Breakfast is basic but free! Also free aperitivo on Saturdays evening! Clean, simple and great value!

Curtains on all the lower bunks, outlets by all the beds. Female dorm had a nice balcony and good natural lighting. Very affordable! I didn't think it was great but would stay here again at this price point.

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Everything was perfect
Would love to live in that house every day not just for holidays!!! Highly recommend
Located near the Vesuvio and 5 min away from the ruins with safe private parking, you could not ask for more!!
Last but not least the view from the balcony is breathtaking
5 stars are not enough for this place
Very clean and calm place. Super friendly and helpful staff. Safe and gated parking available. Walking distance, 5 min, to train station from where trains depart (regularly) to Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento.
The enviroment they've created at Hostel Floreale is really lovely. It's very welcoming, safe, and the epitome of la dolce vida. The art everywhere was lovely and the attention to recycling I appreciated. I loved the cats and the facilities available, such as the hammock on the roof. Excellent value for rates per night and really enjoyed the owners and staff. I highly reccomend them and will absolutely return when I am in this area again.
Owners are fantastic. Great location to walk up Vesuvius. Walking distance to train station. Safe parking. Really clean and comfy. Loved the shower. Already booked for next year!
The receptionists and staff at the breakfast were nice and friendly!!
The parking was safe with the elderly contractor near the hotel.
Good breakfast
Great location
The hostel is indeed charming - however i've been to better hippiestyle hostels in the canarian islands. good place to meet likeminded down-to-earth people. surprisingly much to do in the area. I recommend the botanical garden, the saltwater poolclub just next door (18 euro entrance though), the LARGE vintage market in ercolano, Gaaarden bar ( a little far away but an amazing outside bar), barberia by Massimo (good cheap barbershop). very local area - not many turists. go here for a different experience in the Napoli area.
