Exceptional place, very much worth visiting. It seems that a couple owns it and at least one of them has to be educated internal designer or architect (I'd bet both), because there is a lot of skill and hearth in how this place was renovated. Also many years worth of design magazines that are now in hostel library gives them away.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
It's in a really good location! It's close to a nice little beach where lots of coral washes up and you can see lots of big hermit crabs, there's a 7 eleven only a minute away, and since it's fairly remote the buses are usually only a couple of minutes late at most. The hostel itself is really nice too, the social areas are really cozy. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely come back!
The character and decor was fun and we enjoyed it. We enjoyed the table tennis and pool tables (especially my daughter!). The location was good - close to restaurants, 7 eleven, the beach and the bus. The free bus rides around the north of Kunjami was great! Nema (our host of the hostel) even offered us a ride to the aquarium one day! This was very kind of him.
Nice hostel with some great community rooms, with a pool table and a tennis table. you'll find close by a 7-Eleven for snacks and there are some little restaurants around.
The hostel was stylish with thoughtful finishings and very modern — which came as a surprise considering the area is pretty rural with only a small amount of offerings. The hostel had great spaces — table tennis, pool and a rock climbing wall which was fun to play with after purchasing some sake and beers from the friendly staff.
The mattress is pretty nice.
The style general of the Hostel and so the bedroom.
