SingaporeBooked a family room although i am solo travelling due to availability, the room far exceeded my expectations, very spacious, comfortable and clean, cozy sofa with tv on youtube, more than enough amenities to suit your needs, provides free wine and sake with snacks (i did not drink any though) which is a huge plus, slight walk of around 15 minutes from Shingu station, price is very acceptable for what i experienced

I have been to several shared bath accomodations and some have the weirdest setup that don't make sense. This place just does it. Bed is comfy and pillow has just the right height. There's proper hangers in the shower room, bins at the right spots, everything just makes sense so you'll be feeling like staying in a home instead of a hostel. He also allowed us to leave the luggage in the hostel so that we can go hiking with the backpack only. For the room, it was very clean and tidy. The place is very clean and smooth and well functioning. It is like a hotel but with shared bath facilities and without staff. Comfortable bed.
