Our late afternoon walks with our host and guide Nishanthe were a highlight of our trip - we learned so much. He is fearless and a wealth of information. But the whole staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel safe and comfortable. We loved the nightly ritual of smoking our room (it smelled so good) for bugs before putting the mosquito netting down. Dinners were excellent too. We loved our stay. The staff are absolutely amazing and made the trip so much more enjoyable and stress free. I loved my time here so much and we extended our stay. The tent was immaculate and a lot nicer than most hostels we have stayed in. It was so close to the national park yet so very secure. The camp site itself is lovely.
