Two unacceptable misunderstandings that unfortunately give it a low rating, but with better (&correct) service this hotel can score a perfect 10... all the facilities are there to get this right!

The tarrace has an amazing view of the area and the surrounding mountains. Super clean. The host Jamal is genuinely helpful and open to help and support in any way needed.
