Conveniently located in the centre of Sliema and 200 metres from the ferry harbour, Two Pillows Boutique Hostel is less than a 10-minute walk from Sliema's Tower Road beach.

The location is perfect. So close everywhere. The room was big and clean. I had no problem about hot water and it was already ready. The building is very good

Set 350 metres from Sliema’s seafront, on the island of Malta, Granny's Inn Hostel offers 2 shared terraces, a roof-top area and free Wi-Fi throughout.

Cheap and cheerful. The location was great, kitchen facilities were useful. Top bunk is definitely not for those scared of heights

At follow the Sun boutique hostel - formerly inhawi hostel - it’s not just about where you sleep—it’s about where you hang out, make connections, and create memories.

Good breakfast but the location was the best!!!

Featuring a terrace and free WiFi, The Rose Hostel is located in St Julian's, 600 metres from Balluta Bay Beach and less than 1 km from St George's Bay Beach.

Everything was fine but the windows let in a lot of noise from the street and as it was a Saturday there were a lot of young people drinking alcohol in the street. Everything ok with the bed and the conditions. I had a large 20kg suitcase and it was a bit difficult to get it upstairs, but it was done. The only thing I didn't like was that in the morning when I woke up there was a cockroach in the bathroom, but I sent a message to the hostel reception for them to come and take it out and when the man went he told me that someone probably put it there because they don't have cockroaches and I guess that was an excuse but there you go.

Walter's B&B is situated in Il-Gżira, 1 km from University of Malta. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and free WiFi. At the hostel, all rooms come with a wardrobe.

The washroom and common area ( kitchen) felt a bit unclean. I don’t know if its the composting that they do, but it had a weird smell in washrooms and kitchen area. It felt like they don’t wash their bed sheets or blankets cover

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

The property felt really safe and was in a great location. Overall we were really happy with our stay. The property was really clean and had a great feel about it. Would stay here again and the points below weren’t really big issues for me and my friend but rather just note them down so the hostel is aware.

Everything was clean, the room was pretty quiet, there are 3 toilets, one im the room, the other two in the common area, and two bathrooms. Kitchen and leisure rooms were quite nice and there were loads of dishes. Beach is nearby as well as the stores. And there is a very cheap bakery just above the hostel. Guests are really quiet. Use the jacuzzi, it is cool! The staff was really really nice and helpful! Would recommend!

Best hostel I've visited in a long time, special mention for Juan who made the stay such a pleasure with his kindness, dedication to his work and his willingness to go the extra mile to help.

Great location to visit Valletta by uber - very cheap. Beautiful coastal location so you can enjoy great restaurants and swimming along a gorgeous stretch of coast. Can uber in and out of Valletta whilst enjoying the coastal feel. Easy to bus to the ferry to visit the blue lagoon independently and cheaply compared to a tour.

I like old stilish building, nice terasse at rooftop In winter time can be pretty empty hostel , quiet, but also cold inside, bcs there in dormitory not heating. There is elevator . From bus stop 300m. Beach side also 300 m from hostel. Street can be quiet. But also over night can be loud from street. Price for low budget.

This is by far the best Hostel I've ever been to: pretty cheap, but excellent services. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms, an amzin living room and kitchen, forthcoming staff etc... I'm still a little incredulous because it exceeded my expectations that were shaped by other hostels that aren't as good as this
