The place has a great sitting room and fun outdoor showers as well as a proper bathroom. There is a kitchen so you can cook for yourself and a terrace for chilling. The staff told us about the Yango app which is cheaper for getting around than using a tuctuc or a taxi. Was supplied with water,milk, cookies and fruit during my 2 nights there. Central Maputo, ATM, Restaurants, views of the Bay is all in walking distance in a safe area. Not as private as a hotel, but not like a backpackers. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well-stocked kitchen and a small supermarket nearby. Cheap and quick ride to the airport by taxi (pre-booked by host, so no tourist overcharging) - 15-20min, 8eur. Currency exchange across the road offering good rates, better than interbank rates on credit card.
