Almost private beach with ample chairs to bring out to the beach and watch the sunset and look at the stars. The property is large for a hostel and completely sand.
Selina Venao River is an easy living oasis surrounded by trees & bordered by a river. It has an amazing pool for you to swim and take some sun. with a vegetarian restaurant right next to it.
Located in Playa Venao and with El Cacao reachable within 16 miles, Nao Hostels Playa Venao has a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge.

Cheapest single room accommodation in the immediate Playa Venao area. The staff is super friendly and helpful and everything was clean and well laid out.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
The experience of staying on an actual beach ecosystem. We encountered a lot of curious crabs. The hostel's location is right at the both sides of the island: the ocean side and the laguna side with tranquil waters perfect for swimming. We rented a kayak to explore the mangroves.
The food is elaborate and very delicious!
A stay at Pachamama ist a great experience. Located in the middle of Isla Cañas it is surrounded by two water fronts with a wonderful beach and lots of coconut trees. Jean-Pierre and Irina are wonderful hosts, so that you feel welcome at any point. They put lots of effort building up the place with little Palm tree houses as accomodation. But the tent is a great budget option. Facilities are simple but clean and everything you need. Really enjoyed my stay and would come back any time!
