New ZealandThe camp is on the Motu and you have views on Taa and Bora. Its just exceptionnal, no words to describe it! Rai and his family are just so welcoming and friendly. I had such an amasing time, relaxed and had a lot of fun!

A plus was having an aircon which was great. The walk to the town centre was an easy 15 min walk. Local Knowledge clearly pointed out on arrival - grocery store, local restaurants their happy hours and closing times etc.... valuable information. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and a little supermarket close by. Close to Matira Beach which happened to be more sheltered from wind while we were there. We rented e-scooters on site and the price was much cheaper than elsewhere. Shared bathroom and toilet but very clean. The room itself had no aircon but well ventilated with huge windows (partial view of the lagoon) and there is also a very powerful fan. Few minutes walk to the famous Matira Beach where you have views of the sunset. It was a quiet and relaxing place to be especially with a veranda out of the wind. It was close to the restaurants and food shops. We had a small kitchen which was useful.
