Probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at since I started solo travelling!
The owner/manager is very sweet, you have coffee, the beds are comfortable, towels are included, and it feels like you’re not even in a hostel but visiting a distant Portuguese relative lol. I would really recommend this and I know the next time I’m in Sintra, this will be my go-to accommodation. Muito obrigado!

We had a fantastic stay! The room is equipped with everything you need. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the ocean and nearby restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the common area has a beautiful view. A cozy place for a short stay. Highly recommend this place!

The location was perfect and close to the station for dropping off luggage and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to messages. They even went out of the way to get a portable heater for our room when the one in it wasn’t working. Amazing customer service!!!

This place is amazing. Inside the living room/breakfast room there are wide windows with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The house is on a cliff right above the beach. There are lots of outdoor terraces and balconies to take in the view as well. The furnishings are beach-vibe comfy, the house very clean, with a fireplace that we took advantage of since it was January! The other residents were friendly and the hostess was more than accommodating to us. This was one of our favorite places to stay.

The location and facilities were amazing. The people of the staff are very charming and I was warmly welcomed. I will definitely come back here!
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
It was a huge bonus to have a private bathroom in a hostel/backpackers environment. The bed was comfortable and there was ample pillows and blankets provided. It felt secure and safe and was a hop and skip away from the train station and buses. All in all a really lovely stay.
Lovely private room in the hostel, clean, safe, with an amazing host. Great kitchen, dining room and roof terrace. The shared bathroom was a little annoying just because of the number of users needing one room, but I knew what I was signing up for from the beginning. The location is wonderful not far from the train station, with a supermarket on the nearby street and only a 20 min walk to Sintra old town. Would absolutely stay again.
Really good facilities, a good kitchen and common areas. Everything was kept clean, staff were nice. Great location for day activities however there is not much to do at night (this has nothing to do with the hostel, just an observation).
Everything!
One of the best hostels I have ever been to, really nice experience and everything was amazing!
Clean, beautiful!
And the host António was wonderful!
Thank you for experience! 🌞
Greatest host I've ever encountered in a hostel, great communication, very welcoming, introduced everyone which really broke this ice with the other guests. House was clean, comfortable, relaxed, secure and safe. Couldn't have asked for more. First totally full marks I've ever given. Even had what an Irish man like me would call tea, a rare treat in Portugal sometimes lol
The hostel is in a great location! Everything was so clean and tidy. The staff were absolutely kind and helpful! Especially Anna, what a great person! So friendly and helpful! Overall the hostel was great!
The owner was very nice. I had a smooth checkin and also got inputs about the nearby places to visit.
This was the best hostel i have been to so far in terms of cleanliness.
Really comfortable, old fashioned hostel in a great location in Sintra. Was also space on the road to park, and a large free public car park nearby. Jorge the owner was great and extremely helpful.
