Salsa Hostel is located in Chumphon, within 4 miles of Wat Chao Fa Sala Loi and 13 miles of Krom Luang Chumphon Khet Udomsak Monument.

I went there for one night and then get into Koh Tao, but I really liked Salsa Hostel and Chumphon. So, then I stayed here for four more days. The manager speaks perfect English and he’s very kind. He’ll help you with anything you need to know about the area. The rooms and everything is very clean. Kitchen and breakfast is available. You can also rent bikes and motorbikes. Laundry service for a free. Thank you very much!!!

The location was good for our purposes. The pool and surrounds were nice, and they had YouTube on TV.

Located in Chumphon, a 6-minute walk from Chumphon Train Station, ไลอ้อน โฮเทล provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a bar.

The room was great. Nice shower with good water. Great location. Great price. The only weird thing was no windows in the rooms, but honestly, it really wasn’t that big an issue. Location was excellent. A short walk to anything. I will definitely stay there again when in chumphon.

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

Very nice place with quirky apartments/rooms, it's a modified old warehouse. Perfect for an overnight stay. Good sized rooms, very clean, good bathroom, towels, fridge, free water, inclusive simple breakfast. Great location, nearby shops, railway station 10 min., mini vans around the corner. Very nice street food stalls just 5 min away. Friendly, helpful staff. Value for money, it was the cheapest stay and one of the best in Thailand. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely, small establishment, perfect for a stop-over in Chumphon. It's incredibly clean, well-maintained, and in a nice safe location. The mini-bar is also super cheap, which is handy because the nearest 7/10 is a 15 minute walk away.

I spent three nights here. I really liked the hostel. It's right on the beach, with a view of the neighbouring island. The food is delicious, there's a family atmosphere and I felt safe at all times. The city centre is only about 5 minutes away by scooter. I would check in here again at any time.

This is a great little budget hotel not far from the rail station. Operated by a very hard working lady with some English language skills but also a lightning finger on the translate app on her phone. I was catching a late night train south. It's cheap enough to pay for a night and leave at 10pm for the easy walk, via loads of great street food options, to your train. the room was spotless as was the bathroom. If you're on a tight budget, back packing, it's a lot better than a multi bunk hostel......

This place is perfect for staying overnight before reaching the plane at the airport. The bed was incredibly hard and we found some dead ants in it when we went to sleep. No covers on the blankets... But very cheap stay(2400 bath for 3 cabins, one night and breakfast). We had the owner taking us to the airport next morning(200 bath/cabin).

We stayed here for one night because we were on our way to Krabi. It was a cheap stay and that was also what we got so cannot complain too much.
