The room was clean and spacious, the toilets were also clean. The rooftop onsen was nice with a good view. The staff were also really nice and helpful when I was trying to figure out how to quickly get back to Taipei with the typhoon coming. Would love to come back in the future! It is being properly managed, with every minute detail having taken care of. I appreciate the ample space that everyone gets to share - they even have a neatly designed common area in backpacker's room for guests to relax and chill out, or to work with laptop, if so required.
