Lots of free food and drink. Bit of a walk to Sanduo station but no biggie. Gave me early check in, very nice. Tent concept was cool, mainly as only 2 in the room (out of 5).

Great location and easy to access! The little Onsen is definitely a plus! The room wasn’t soundproof and it wasn’t especially clean.

A very well set up hostel, with convenient facilities. The dorm was very clean and spacious with lots of natural light and a desk area. The bathrooms and the dining area were also really big. There is a coin laundry and dryer and a good dedicated space for hanging up clothes.
The location isn't the most inspiring, but it's close to the train station and a few vegetarian food options.
I didn't find it very social, but this seems to be the case at many Taiwanese city hostels.
Just a 50 metres away from MRT Formosa Boulevard Station (Exit 1), Trip GG Hostel provides a non-smoking living space in Kaohsiung. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
