The owner and his family are great people. The place is spacious and very clean. They try to help you as much as possible. The owner even drove me to the grocery store and got a sim card with me and I didn't even suggest it! I am super happy to have had a relaxing and nice stay here. The shower was great too. I recommend staying 2 days if you really want to recharge. There's not that much In the area but still nice restaurants and café to explore. Most people only stay a few hours to catch a flight after. But I stayed 2 days and it felt like a had a gigantic apartment to myself. If an older guy approaches you that's the owner's dad. I wish I knew that beforehand cause he invited me to have a drink. I regret saying no. Hope to come back in the future!

The hotel is very clean and nice and safe and spacious and fresh and very quiet and one feels very good here. The room is very dark at night and there is no street noise and it only takes about five to ten minutes to get here from the airport. They serve a lovely and simple breakfast of eggs and toast and fruit and tea or coffee. If this matters to you, the shower water is perfect!! Great water flow, great pressure, great temperature variation! Eric, the owner took a lot of time with us to try and help us book a very nice tour. He is not pushy at all, just very kind and helpful.

This place is located just in a few steps of the West Lake. All the beautiful coffee shops are at a walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rest room is clean and has got hot water. The WiFi connection is good. Downstairs is a nice common area where you can chill or work. They have a small yard where you can rest and have a cup of coffee. They serve nice breakfasts. The owners are lovely people read to help and support. I really recommend this place for all the people visiting Hà Nội. It’s great combination of budget and comfort.

A great place to meet other travellers while experiencing the characteristic old-quarter of Hanoi. Beds are soft and comfy, bathrooms were good. It was all clean and Fuc did a great job at the walking tour! The breakfast isn't that great in my opinion, nor is the coffee, but it's convenient if you don't want to explore better options outside. The place is well run and everything is good, but it's also the most expensive hostel I've stayed in in Vietnam, by far. Arguably you could get a private room for less than a dorm bed here, but that might not always be what you're looking for as a solo traveller.
