The hostel is truly amazing. Located basically in the main street of Mangalem neighborhood, it is close to the bus stop (both to arrive and go back to the bus station), in the middle of the city and just a few steps from restaurants and everything you'll need. But the highlight of the hostel is to basically be able to stay in a family's house. Everyone was so kind, amazing and helpful, that it made me want to stay an entire week there. Also, the room was big and the bed was comfortable. They have big lockers for suitcases, AC and good WiFi. The bathroom is simple but great and spacious. Breakfast is included and pretty good, with tomato, cucumber, cheese, bread, marmalade, boiled egg and milk.

Very new, clean place with good wifi close to bus station. Owner is very responsive and is always available by whatsapp to answer questions. I was coming from Sarande and he knew the bus driver and had them drop me off right in front of the hostel and later also helped reserve my tickets to Tirana without having to wait in line at the station.

It is a great place if you need to rest and recharge. It's a one-room (4-bed) hostel so not a social atmosphere but I didn't really want that so it suited me well. Everything was new and so comfortable. Nice sheets, pillows and a new mattresses. The AC was great and the place was decorated with a lot of love, in a very cute way with Berat touches everywhere. You can tell someone put effort into how it looks! It felt like being at home since they offer small extra things like fresh towels and tea and coffee to have whenever you want - even a little sweet treat left on the bed for you. I also was able to check in early which was really nice of them.

Baza Hostel - Swimming Pool mempunyai kolam renang luaran bermusim, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Berat. Maisa is an amazing hostess, she was super welcoming since the beginning when I arrived. The house is stunning, 2 floors, amazing view of the mountains, easy to find, the best showers, super comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast! I’d rightly recommend and for fure I’m coming back!

Lovely hostel in Berat! The volunteers were warm and welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent. Very good location.
